TTAGIT Begins Developing for Google TV

Vancouver, BC, July 11, 2012, Lori McClenahan, President of Intigold Mines Ltd. (the “Company” or “Intigold”), announced today that TTAGIT Social Networks Inc. (“TTAGIT“) has begun development for Google TV set to launch in beta. Intigold has received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange for the acquisition of a 51% interest in TTAGIT.

Google TV is a Smart TV platform from Google co-developed by Google, Intel, Sony and Logitech. Google TV integrates Google’s Android operating system and the Linux version of Google Chrome browser to create an interactive television overlay on top of existing Internet television and WebTV sites to add a 10-foot user interface.

Sony is releasing an Internet Player with Google TV that plugs into any HDTV turning your HDTV into an Internet TV with Google TV, plus all of your favorite chrome and android applications.

“TTAGIT believes that the merge of TV and Internet will allow for more dynamic and interactive possibilities with the TV” states Mr. Leigh Akin, President of TTAGIT.

About TTAGIT Social Networks Inc.

Pursuant to a letter agreement dated May 9, 2012, Intigold agreed to purchase and TTAGIT agreed to sell a 51% interest, subject to a 2.5% royalty, in TTAGIT in consideration of Intigold paying to TTAGIT the aggregate sum of $300,000 in cash and funding $500,000 for the development and marketing of TTAGIT over a 12 month period. The letter agreement has received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.

TTAGIT holds all right, title and interest in and to certain assets relating to a “proprietary” social networking technology and online Internet commentary system, and the intellectual property rights therein.

TTAGIT is the first social network that allows you to comment on everything across the web with one login. It was designed to “tag” the moment. TTAGIT is a mobile application that lets you comment or annotate on anything with a URL or a GPS location from your browser, tablet or mobile phone without the hassles of logging in and out of several accounts.
